对话缓冲内存

本笔记本展示了如何使用ConversationBufferMemory。这个内存可以用来存储消息，并从中提取消息。

我们可以首先将其提取为字符串。

我们也可以将历史记录作为消息列表获取（如果您正在与聊天模型一起使用，这将非常有用）。
